Managing Director

Robert has been working for MorsaPack since he left school in the mid 90s, taking over the business from his father in 2020.

As Managing Director he is responsible for the direction and performance of the business. He also supports the sales team, managing some key accounts and new prospects.

Robert has a genuine passion for pallet stability – the safety and environmental side of this, in particular. He always speaks as he finds, unafraid to say what he thinks, and is always looking for a better way to do things.

He says: “I always make sure what we recommend is factual, proven and in the best interest of pallet safety, the environment and the customer’s bottom line.”

Outside of work Robert enjoys entertaining and spending time with his family – he finds cooking fancy meals both relaxing and rewarding. He also loves any kind of whiskey with ginger ale and lots of ice.
