Anita Mallender

Customer Service

Anita joined our team in 2015, learning the ropes through admin and bookkeeping duties before settling into a customer service role. She checks in with our customers, ensuring they have all the stock they need, deals with sales orders and enquiries, and completes general sales admin duties.

She says: “My favourite thing about working here is speaking to the customers and making sure they get the best customer service. I’ll always speak to you with friendliness and respect.”

In her spare time Anita volunteers with a charity, Rapid Relief Team. She also loves cooking and baking, going out for walks, and spending time with family and friends.
