We’ve just completed this packaging room re-design for an online retailer that has experienced massive growth in recent months.
As a result of recent growth, our customer was wanting to ensure that future demands were able to be met, whilst reducing any inefficiencies in the packaging operation.
To do this, we worked with the customer to change the materials they were using, and as a result designed and manufactured bespoke packaging benches to ensure that any movement of the packaging operator is reduced, to speed up the packaging process and improve packer comfort.
Our senior Account Manager, Sarah worked closely with this particular customer to ensure that the whole process was understood and the best solution was presented and executed within the time frame given.
In Sarah’s words; “they will see a huge increase in their packing capacity as a result of the changes to the materials used and the processes that are now being implemented.”
